

The mixing pin phase angle of the DLJ-S series 4-row pin single screw extruder is 90 degrees, and the screw consists of four parts: feeding section, compression section, melting section, and mixing section. The technical performance has been greatly improved.
Compared with the DLJ series extruder with 3 rows of pins of the same diameter, the shear area per unit length increases by 30%, the reciprocating stroke of the screw increases by 160%, resulting in better and more stable material conveying efficiency and significantly improved production capacity. Meanwhile, the reduction in specific energy consumption (kWh/kg) may effectively lower the unit capacity investment of customers.
Although the screw speed of the new model has been greatly increased, the temperature of the extruded material will not significantly rise, and the mixing quality of the material has been effectively improved.
