JLY series synthetic tape cooling tablet press
  This series of cooling tablet presses consists of pressure rollers, synthetic rubber conveyor belts, and crushing rollers. The hot state material extruded by the extruder is rolled into a strip with a thickness of 1-1.5mm by the pressure roller. The pressure roller is cooled by cooling water. During the transportation process, the material is further cooled to a solid state using dry cold air. The fragmented material falls into the hopper. The JLY series synthetic tape cooling tablet press is equipped with chilled water, air filtration system, cold water and cold air heat exchange system.
