The DLJ series single screw reciprocating damping extruder consists of a gearbox, reciprocating mechanism, vertical feeding, lateral feeding, screw, barrel, frame, heating and cooling system, and lubricating oil system. The structural characteristics are as follows:
● The barrel is composed of multiple sets of open and closed barrel bodies, which are split and can be quickly opened for cleaning and maintenance. According to different material varieties and process requirements, flexibly combine them into an ideal structural form.
●The reciprocating mechanism is uniquely designed to achieve axial reciprocating motion of the screw while rotating. This reciprocating motion can produce a strong mixing effect.
●Each screw block on the screw has a discontinuous spiral line. Every time the screw rotates, the thread is interrupted three times. This is very different from traditional single screw and twin-screw.
