Working principle of metal pigment bonding system
Metallic bonding refers to the process of attaching metallic pigments to the surface of powder coating particles to form a metallic powder coating. Aluminum, copper, zinc, magnesium, stainless steel and other pigments are pasted on the surface of powder coating particles, which can be made into powder coatings such as silver, gold or other metallic colors, with extremely bright metallic luster effect.
The bonding process of metallic pigments includes the following basic steps:
● High speed mixing heating pasting process
● Dust explosion hazard and prevention of rapid cooling mixer
Powder coatings and metal pigment dust are both flammable substances and have explosive hazards under certain conditions. Effective technical measures must be taken to prevent explosions from occurring.
Technical features:
1、Stainless steel barrel body, spindle sealing device. And it adopts a two speed motor.
2、Hot mix has self friction and electric heating functions.
3、The pot cover adopts double sealing, and the opening of the hot mixing pot cover is pneumatic, while the opening of the cold mixing pot cover is hydraulic or pneumatic system.
4、The electrical control adopts imported famous brand instruments and control components, and can be configured with imported PLC to achieve automatic control.
5、Equipped with pulse dust removal device.
6、The blades have undergone dynamic and static balance tests.
7、This unit combines hot mixing with process, and the materials that complete hot mixing automatically enter cold mixing for cooling, eliminating residual gases, and preventing agglomeration.
Processing ability:
It is an ideal equipment for the production of profiles, pipes, sheets (or films) for various plastic powder coatings or granules, including batching, mixing, drying, coloring, CaCO3 activation, and other processes.
