ZHJ series automatic mixer
The ZHJ series automatic mixer is a hopper movable mixer. After the hopper containing the raw materials to be mixed is pushed onto the workstation, it is lifted by the pneumatic system and combined with the mixing head for locking. The hopper and mixing head are flipped together and stirred during the flipping process. After the mixing process is completed, the hopper automatically returns to the original workstation. The entire work cycle is automatically controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC). Uniform mixing, high production efficiency, and no formation of solidified particles.

    This series of models is also equipped with auxiliary blades, eliminating the blind spots of crushing and poor mixing in the middle of the cylinder of common premixers. At the same time, all adopt double acting mechanical seals, which have more reliable performance, no powder leakage, and no solidification phenomenon.
