1. Suitable for substrates that are not resistant to high temperatures (core)
Ordinary epoxy/polyester powder generally solidifies at 180-200 ℃, and many materials cannot withstand this high temperature, making them prone to deformation, aging, and cracking. Low temperature models typically cure at 120-160 ℃ and can be used for:
Thin steel plate, galvanized plate, die cast aluminum
Plastic parts, fiberglass board, medium density fiberboard MDF
Paper substrates, composite materials, and partially assembled components (including rubber sealing rings and plastic inserts)
Avoid deformation, shrinkage, and damage to the substrate caused by high temperatures.
2. Energy conservation and consumption reduction, improving production efficiency
The baking temperature is lower, and the energy consumption of the drying channel is significantly reduced, saving electricity and gas costs;
Some formulas can shorten the insulation and curing time, improve the assembly line rhythm, and increase production capacity.
3. Substrate protection to reduce deformation and scrap
Thin walled parts, precision die-casting parts, and assembly parts are prone to deformation at high temperatures. Low temperature curing can reduce thermal stress on workpieces, minimize warping and dimensional deviations, and lower rework and scrap rates.
4. Basic protective functions (anti-corrosion, wear-resistant)
After curing, a continuous dense coating is formed, providing rust proof, chemical resistant, impact resistant, and wear-resistant protection to protect the metal substrate and delay corrosion.
5. Decorative function
It can achieve different colors, matte/high gloss, and texture effects to meet the needs of appearance decoration, with almost zero VOC and environmentally friendly solvent-free.
6. Special functional low-temperature powder (selected as needed)
It can be made into insulation, antibacterial, flame-retardant and other versions, such as low-temperature curing high-voltage insulation powder coating, which provides electrical insulation protection without damaging thermal high-voltage components.
