High voltage insulation powder is mainly composed of epoxy, epoxy modified, organic silicon, and polyester systems. After curing, the breakdown strength is 15-52kV/mm, and the volume resistivity is ≥ 10 ¹⁵Ω· cm. It can be applied with thick film (200 μ m-2mm), and has insulation, flame retardant, anti-corrosion, and moisture-proof properties. It can replace traditional insulation paint, insulation sleeve, and insulation tape, covering five major electrical fields including power transmission and distribution, motors, transformers, new energy high voltage, and electronic control.
1、 Complete set of high and low voltage transmission and distribution equipment (core of power grid)
1. Copper/aluminum insulated busbar (the most mainstream application)
10kV/35kV switchgear, inflation cabinet, busbar trunking, energy storage busbar, and copper busbar for substation connection with special insulation coating:
The coating thickness is 0.8-2mm, and the 2mm coating can withstand 50kV power frequency withstand voltage for 1 minute, reducing the safe distance between phases inside the cabinet and achieving cabinet miniaturization;
Solve the problem of weak insulation at the sharp corners and bends of copper bars, prevent moisture and condensation, and eliminate phase to phase short circuits and grounding leakage;
