Characteristics of LZJ series rotary belt condensing and laminating machine:1. 3. The fabric feeder and steel strip adopt a stepless adjustment drive device, which can continuously adjust and control according to production capacity and material characteristics.
4. Use a temperature controller to control the temperature of each point step by step, so that the material temperature and state are stable, and the granulation quality is reliably guaranteed.
5. Due to the reversal and bending of the steel strip at the discharge end, the bonding surface between the solidified particles and the steel strip is prone to peeling off.
Working principle of fabric dispenser:
The fabric feeder is driven by a speed regulating motor to reheat the melted material supplied by the feeding system, and then divide the material into strips or sheets, which are dispersed onto a stainless steel belt dragged by the speed regulating motor. Due to the forced cooling effect of the cooling water on the back of the steel strip, the material scattered on the steel strip is rapidly cooled and solidified into shapes such as strips and sheets.

The LZJ series granulator is suitable for granulating materials with low melting points that solidify after cooling, such as phenolic resin, sulfur, paraffin wax, asphalt, rosin and rosin resin, carved white blocks, maleic anhydride, p-nitrochlorobenzene, anti-aging agents (RD, 4010Na, 4020, etc.), MOCA, EVA hot melt, stearate, fatty acids, partial anhydrides, aluminum sulfate, calcium chloride, polyamide resin, meta phenylenediamine, catechol, sodium hydrosulfide, epoxy resin, rubber additives, refined p-dichlorobenzene and other materials.
