Working principle of grinding machine
   The working principle of ACM micro grinding system is based on the impact crushing effect generated by high-speed rotating grinding disc. The material completes the micro powder process under the impact of the striking column and lining tile, as well as the mutual impact of the materials. Particles with a certain particle size entering the classification zone are simultaneously subjected to the gravitational force F1 of the fan and the centrifugal force F2 generated by the rotation of the classifier. For particles with small diameters, when F1 ≥ F2, these particles enter the finished powder pipeline under the influence of the fan's gravity. Larger particles enter the crushing zone under the action of centrifugal force F2 for further crushing.

 

 

Particle size distribution of powder products

       The particle size of any powder product is uneven. The particle size distribution of ACM micro milling system products can be expressed as the percentage of powder within a certain size range to the total sample size. The horizontal axis of the coordinate system describing the particle size distribution curve is the particle size (in micrometers), and the vertical axis represents the percentage of the volume or weight of the powder in the total sample within this size range.
